Photo Day Info

Delta Fastpitch will be hosting its photo day on April 18 and 19, 2017 from 5:30 to 6:30 both nights at both Brandrith Park and North Delta Community Park at the same time.

Photos Location: BOTH IN THE NORTH AND SOUTH EACH NIGHT. Book based off the most convenient location on the sign up page.

Coaches/managers at the bottom of this page you will find a link that will allow you to select your teams time slot for this season's photos. Instead of automatically being assigned a time slot this you will make that choice yourself based on team schedules and other commitments. Book ASAP as bookings are fair for all and based on a first come first serve basis.

Once you book your time slot you will receive a confirmation email.  DO NOT DELETE this email as it will contain a clickable link that would be used if you want to change or swap your time slot with another team at any point.

Darby Photos runs on time and is very efficient. We ask ALL TEAMS TO ARRIVE 15 MINUTES AHEAD of your booking time slot to ensure any late player/coaches arrive by the booked time slot.

Darby Photos accepts Cash, Visa or Mastercard only as payment, NO CHEQUES are accepted. Change will be available through the photographer on photo day. EVERY player must return the photo envelope that their coach will be given ahead of photo day by the league.  Extras will be available on photo day for any player that looses or forgets their envelope. The league is paying for a Memory Mate for each player as part of the registration fees, even if this is the ONLY product they wish to order an envelope still must be filled out with their information.
