Delta Fastpitch Association is a community fastpitch association located in Delta, British Colombia. DFA was formed in 2016, encompassing the rich history of North Delta Softball Association, South Delta Minor Fastpitch Association and the Delta Heat Fastpitch Society. HOUSE TEAMS FORMATION
Due to the influx of registrations, we are still working on selecting our house teams. Team formation should be done in the next week or so and coaches be communicating with their players. Thank you for your patience.
U10 assessments will take place in early April. Details to follow.
U10/U12 PITCHING CLINIC
Pitching instructor: Alana Westerhof
Dates: April 8, 15, 22 and 29
Times: Three 1 hour sessions, from 10am to 1pm
Location: Ladner Community Centre.
Cost: $50 per player.

Thank you to all who attended our annual AGM on December 11, 2017 at 7pm at South Delta Recreation Centre.
Our entire organization is 100% volunteer-run. We currently have 7 voting positions and 12 non-voting positions on our Executive.
Please see below for a brief description of each position. We are happy to now have a full team, as this is very important in order to make a volunteer based association run well.
President: Currently held by Ed Selinger.
Oversees the general business of the association and represents the association at various meetings.
Vice President: Currently held by Trent Reid.
Assists the President and fills in when the President is not available.
Treasurer: Currently held by Julie Wigley.
Oversees the financial business of the association. A background in accounting is ideal.
Secretary: Currently held by Elizabeth Specht.
Takes and distributes minutes of meetings and books meeting/clinic space on behalf of the association.
Director of Coaching: Currently held by Chris Roper.
Director of Membership: Currently held by Jeff Miller.
Director of Information: Currently held by Annie Perez-Leon
Heat Representative: Currently held by Tammy Hansen.
Liaises between the Executive and the Heat teams.
Invaders Representative: Currently held by Sandra Selinger.
Liaises between the Executive and the Invaders teams.
Inferno Representative: Currently held by Michelle Jordan.
Liaises between the Executive and the Inferno teams.
Equipment & Uniform Coordinator: Currently held by Wes Tomlinson.
Orders equipment and uniforms as well as hands out and collects for our teams.
Clinic Coordinator: Currently held by Fred Wells.
Organizes and runs our various clinics to include, skills, pitching, hitting and catching.
LTP Coordinator South : Currently held by Erica Hurley.
Puts together teams and organizes sessions for the LTP teams in the South.
LTP Coordinator North: Currently held by Shaun Dadd.
Puts together teams and organizes sessions for the LTP teams in the North.
U10 Coordinator: Currently held by Kristie Campbell.
Puts together teams and organizes sessions for the U10 teams in the North & South. Works with coaches to put together a tournament team and select kids for the Supermite Tournament.
Registrar: Currently held by Michelle Jordan.
Registers all of our teams and kids with Softball BC.
UIC: Currently held by Lisa Brown-Rooke.
Recruits, trains and organizes our umpires. Works with the allocator to ensure games are looked after.
Tournament Director: Currently held by Jennifer Goepel.
Organizes and promotes our tournaments.
Scheduler: Currently held by Deborah Cartlige.
Schedules and allocates home games for all of our teams, in collaboration with the Lower Mainland group.
